SmoozFrames - a video player/ editor for frame interpolation

SmoozFrames is an AI based frame interpolation donationware, it is a simple but powerful tool equipped with advanced AI (Model: FILM[1]) based frame interpolation software with GUI and export frames into video or animation file like GIF and WebP. 

FILM is a deep learning model that address the shortcoming of the previous method like RIFE in term of dealing with large motion.

Simply select the segment with the slider of your video, and then press the "interpolate whole segment" to generate frames in a folder with the popup window. Then you can select to generate a video("Frames--> Video") or GIF ("Frames--> GIF")with the buttons. Now available in both Linux and Windows

It require a Nvidia GPU to run the AI model on the GPU. It can also run on the CPU but it would be quite slow. Warning: it will go out of GPU memory error if image resolution is too high try to reduce the video resolution.
